Service Description

No matter your skill level, fine tune your technique with advanced or learn basic methods on creating a beautiful artistry using balloons. This package includes but not limited to 1 on 1 Q & As, free standing balloon garlands, attaching garlands to backdrops or stands, balloon columns, balloon ropes, tips and tricks that will allow you to create your artistry in less time.
