CREATIONS BY HONEYBEE

1. Retainer & Booking

A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total invoice is required to secure your event date and initiate the design process, including sourcing materials, reserving inventory, and securing rentals.  Event services are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. All retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to your event date.  Timely final payment ensures a seamless production timeline and execution of your design. Any unpaid balances beyond the due date may result in a pause or cancellation of services, with all payments made retained.  Payment arrangements may be accommodated upon request and must be confirmed in writing.

3. Accepted Payment Methods 

Accepted methods of payment will be provided on client's invoice.

4. Late Payments

To maintain the integrity of your event timeline, a late fee of $50 per day may be applied to balances not received by the final due date.  Accounts more than 3 days past due may be subject to cancellation, and previously submitted payments will be retained.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be used within 90 days of the original event date.

• Events rescheduled within 14 days may be treated as a cancellation.

6. Design & Creative Direction

Creations by Honeybee is known for its signature, curated aesthetic. While your vision and preferences are thoughtfully considered, we reserve the right to make design adjustments as needed based on material availability, seasonal elements, or installation requirements—always maintaining the overall look, feel, and value of your design.

7. Installation & Breakdown

Installation and breakdown times will be coordinated in advance. The client is responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue. Any delays in access may impact setup time and overall installation without adjustment to the contracted investment.

8. Damage, Loss, & Rentals

Clients are responsible for all rented items during the event period. Any damage, loss, or theft may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

9. Outdoor Installations

Outdoor designs are subject to weather conditions. For safety and quality purposes, Creations by Honeybee reserves the right to adjust or cancel outdoor installations due to inclement weather, including wind, rain, or extreme temperatures.

10. Photography & Marketing

Creations by Honeybee  reserves the right to photograph and use event designs for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.

11. Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
